IHOP Pancakes Copycat Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Griddle, Optional

Method
 

  1. Stir flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together.
  2. Beat the egg with the milk. Add to flour mixture; stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter and sugar.
  4. Pour 1/3 cup batter on a greased griddle or pan. Fry approximately 2 to 2-1/2 minutes each side.
  5. Serve with butter and/or syrup as desired.
