
Vanilla Coffee Syrup

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the water and sugar; stir until dissolved.
- Cook until the mixture thickens, approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Allow syrup to cool and stir in the vanilla.

Original recipe: Paula Deen’s Vanilla Coffee Syrup You can store this in any kind of container you want, but consider convenience. If you have an empty store-bought syrup container, you could pour some of this in and have an easy-to-pour bottle. We recently finished off a bottle of soy sauce and I am using that to dispense my syrup; I poured the extra into a mason jar.
